We are currently hiring baristas who genuinely enjoy serving people, take pride in their work, and want to be part of building something thoughtful from the ground up.
Kilo is a specialty coffee brand built on intention. Every detail matters, from how a drink is prepared to how a guest feels when they leave. We want guests to leave Kilo feeling inspired, whether that comes from the coffee they just had, a conversation they shared, or simply the way they were cared for while they were here. About the Role
Working at Kilo means being part of a cafe built with intention. The space, the workflow, the service, and the product are all meant to feel considered.
As a barista at Kilo, you would be part of an environment that values:

Baristas at Kilo are expected to be flexible and comfortable working across different stations depending on the needs of the shift. That can include POS, food prep, drink building, slow bar, and espresso and milk steaming, along with helping maintain flow, cleanliness, and consistency across the cafe.
Kilo will take an innovative approach to coffee, with a program designed to feel both high-quality and approachable. We want people who are excited not just to work in coffee, but to grow with a team that cares deeply about how things are done.
