About the Role
Prep is where Kilo’s consistency actually lives. Before a single guest walks in, the bases, syrups, and components for the day are already made, measured, labeled, and ready. When prep is right, the bar runs. When it is not, everyone feels it.
We are building out a full prep team, six positions in total. Day to day, this role covers:
- Prepping all drink bases and syrups for the day and for the week ahead
- Following recipes exactly, by weight, every time
- Batching, labeling, dating, and rotating stock so nothing is guessed at
- Watching par levels and flagging what needs to be ordered before it runs out
- Keeping your station, the walk in, and dry storage clean and organized
- Supporting the bar and kitchen where needed during the shift
Pay & Hours
Pay
$19 per hour.
Hours
Full time only. About 40 hours a week across five shifts, weekends included. Two shifts: 6am to 1pm, or 1pm to 7pm.
