We are hiring across three roles at Snider Plaza. Six full time on prep, four full time on dish, and baristas behind the bar, full time and part time. Pick the one that fits and apply below.

Every role here matters, whether you are behind the bar, on prep before the doors open, or keeping the kitchen clean so the rest of the team can move. We are looking for people who value consistency, warmth, humility, and high standards.
Barista
Bar, espresso, milk steaming, POS, and slow bar, plus kitchen work, daily prep, and opening and closing cleaning duties. Prior coffee experience is not required.
Openings
Full time and part time.
Pay
$16 per hour plus tips, with $19 per hour guaranteed.
Hours
Full time is about 40 hours a week across five shifts. Weekend availability required. Sunday availability is strongly preferred.
Prep
Prepping all drink bases and syrups for the day and the week, watching par levels, and keeping the prep area clean and organized.
Openings
Six full time positions.
Pay
$19 per hour.
Hours
Full time only. About 40 hours a week across five shifts, weekends included. Two shifts: 6am to 1pm, or 1pm to 7pm.
Dishwasher
Careful washing of dishes, glassware, ceramics, and bar tools through the shift, plus keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked. No experience required.

Four full time positions.

$14 per hour.
